The Office of the Secretary to the National Executive Council serves as the principal administrative body supporting the Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Papua New Guinea. Established under the Constitution, this office plays a critical role in coordinating government policy, facilitating cabinet processes, and ensuring effective implementation of executive decisions across all government agencies.
